Joseph concentrates on securities law surrounding regulation of financial services firms, securities litigation, and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Herskovits PLLC, Joseph was responsible for litigation and regulatory matters as in-house counsel for Jefferies & Company, Inc. for more than seven years. Prior to joining Jefferies, Joseph worked on securities fraud class actions, white collar crime, regulatory enforcement matters and complex commercial litigation at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, and Dorsey & Whitney.
Joseph Allgor is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and before many federal courts including U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York.
